I've been using Pathcom as an ISP, but their DSL access has slowed to a
crawl and they seem to be incapable of doing anything substantive to fix
the situation. (They have, however, wished me a nice day on every one of
my dozen phone calls to them.)

I'm using absolutely basic service: web pages and the occasional .pdf.

So I'm starting to look around at the options for DSL providers, and
what's been discussed in the archives.

Any testimonials on ISP's would be of interest.
