As would I. I think you can pick up the 65W 4800+ for $123 at Filtech,
and they also have some low(ish) latency 4-4-5-4 OCZ RAM (2GB PC-6200)
for $89 after a $40 mail in rebate (good luck with that).
Put that all together and you're talking ~$375 for a decent enough system.
