Thanks Colin.  I've been in touch with a fellow who's helping clarify
things, for me at least.

There's now a registration category for JavaScript/Perl.  I've asked
that it be separated into two categories because one technology is
client-side, the other server-side.

As more information comes my way, I'll be more than happy to post it
up to TLUG, TPM, HLUG, and HOSUG.  If anyone's connected to other FOSS
community groups nearby, please pass the information along!  =)
