I have a feeling that some of the anti tivo stuff is too specific and
will end up leaving gaping holes that may be worse than what the GPLv2
had.  But what do I know, it's just a feeling.  I tend to prefer to keep
things as simple as possible and the GPLv3 is starting to approach the
length of one of microsoft's EULAs.
