I would expect a yes here.  There seems to have been some kind of
hiccup on the listserv.  I sent a couple emails out a few days ago,
but haven't heard much since.

I'm still waiting for a couple of my own posts to show up from 4 or 5 days ago.

The fact that you can reply so quickly to an old message when it does
come through is promising for us end-users though.  ;-)
