Thanks everyone for the replies... When I setup my friend's Linux box this
weekend, I will configure the ethernet card to use DHCP, and when Rogers
installs the cable modem it sounds like it is simply a matter of plugging in
the cable and bringing up the interface, i.e. I don't have to be there to
get it going.
