Dial-up ISP in Kitchener/Waterloo?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a *dial-up* ISP that is
Linux-friendly in the Kitchener/Waterloo area? I took a look around
the local LUG's (KWLUG) website but didn't notice any ISP
endorsements. Thanks!
