I have no idea what you are talking about or where you are going with this. I 
guess if we only hired our relatives or people we knew and did nothing else, 
then there would be no job postings. Or if we had a command economy and 
required the entire adult population to be employed by law, there would also be 
no need for postings. Or do I have the right idea?

Did I break any rules by posting the job opening?
