Aah, that would be a good one.  It was almost on the hour when I was
checking, so this is quite reasonable.  I'll keep an eye out for this,
but I'm fairly sure I've seen this sort of oddity at non-hourly times.
 I'll check out any other cron jobs.

Also, a screen saver under some conditions could act in this way, but
I don't use one.  I actually had to struggle to just make the screen
just go black.  ;)
