Syncing Dev\Backup Web Site with Public Web\Site

I'm not sure about "standard" ways to upgrade a remote DB (other than,
say, Rails-style migrations scripts), but I would think rsync plus
some shell-scripting would let you automate the synchronization of
your non-DB web content .
