Updating Ubuntu 6.04 to 7.10

Well it entirely depends on which packages changed.  It is also quite
possible that an upgrade from 6.04 to 7.10 directly (assuming ubuntu
supports doing such a thing) would not be much bigger than any of the
other updates.  There often seems to be a certain set of packages that
always get updated no matter what (kernel, libc, gnome, kde, etc).
