Yeah, anything should.  Except this hasn't been true for any
combination of window manager or tray since blackbox + fbpanel.  (not
fluxbox + fbpanel, etc etc)  I did get it working *once* for xfwm and
fbpanel, and xfwm and xfce-panel.. but I wasn't able to reproduce it.
I'll try harder, later.

The only reason I care about a tray at all is because of kgpg.  The
other pgp helpers are totally useless to me.  Maybe I could script a
little helper and be done with it..
