At this point, I don't think it will take much to knock them out. 
According to what I've read, the only year they made money, was when
they had those deals with MS and Sun.  Now, what happens is they have to
find out how much they owe Novell for those deals.  They will likely owe
more than they're worth.  There are also a couple of things in that
ruling that could lead to criminal charges against the principals at
SCO.  One of those is "conversion" of the money they owed Novell. 
Another is the fact that even though they knew they didn't own the
copyrights, they still launched the suits, as though they did.  For
those sorts of fraudulent action, the directors can be held personally
liable.  Also, a couple of weeks ago, SCO announced some new deal (I've
forgotten the details).  I wonder how long that will last?
