file copy with progress?

I installed this on my machine a few months back with the intention of
using it a lot (it includes the progress indicators you want, and that
I wanted) but I only want it on big and/or slow copies (ie. off NFS)
and I don't do those often enough to even remember I have it
installed.  Or to learn the command line switches.  Anyway, I think
it's what you're looking for.
