Installing Perl Modules with RPM

Yeah, dh-make-perl is very nice.  Though it would be even better if it
could automatically download and build the dependencies too...

I experimented with CPANPLUS::Dist::Deb[1] and its cpan2dist tool but
it didn't work well for me.  I don't remember exactly what the problem
was though
