When it comes to badge pick-up, just print the
conformation e-mail you received and present that at
the registration desk when you arrive (if they do
things like past years there will be a separate line
for exhibitors, check the signs over the registration
desk(s)). I have printed out the conformations if you
have a problem with your printer, let me know...

As for set-up times that is still being arranged, and
I will let everyone know as soon as that is set.
