'cause it could recoup valuable materials from an otherwise costly and
toxic waste stream ? 'cause it might offset downturns in the hi-tech
sector and create jobs ? 'cause it might generate some green
grassroots street-cred for the politician who had the
brains/testicular fortutude to do it ?
