I have been messing around with FreeNX - remote display tech for
accessing your Linux desktop from anywhere - and just posted a HOWTO:

This stuff is fun (and useful)! If you have never checked it out, I
highly recommend it - the speed is pretty remarkable, and has many
novel applications. One of the things I am going to use it for is to
remotely administer the Linux box at my folks' place.

I would love to hear feedback from other FreeNX users on how you put it to use!
