I'm not saying 'No Way, Shut Them Out'. That's not going to happen. But as you
said, it is not unwarranted to keep a *very* sharp eye on exactly how tied in
they are to the technology, and whose purposes will ultimately be served.

This is not addressed well in the technical discussion.
