Consider this (as you sit there hunched over that ergonomic disaster,
slupring another coffee and craning your neck towards that fat CRT);
Matvey Kipershtein was one as cramped, crabby and bloated as you,
cranking out code and complaining, but he gave all that up to study
the ways of Wellness.

On Saturday, Oct 28, Matvey will be holding a workshop, at linuxcaffe,
targeted directly towards IT workers, who typically embody the very
worst of health and ergonomic practices.
