Sickening shilling for MS by Ontario privacy commissioner

Notable in what respect? IMHO the smartest minds in the business would
steer clear of convicted monopoly Microsoft and devote their efforts to
something of substance and value. If the best and the brightest efforts
result in something with the stability of 'windows' this is very
discouraging for mankind in general.
