Funny. I just finished a blog post in which I joked that MS "could not secure a
2 ton block of Titanium-reinforced concrete against penetration", and included
a link to exactly what you are talking about:

It's like rebuilding our entire network of roads because GM makes shitty cars
(I know, the car analogy is getting old, but I really hate GM).
