[OT] Seeking source language for an article

Hi all,

Just following up on all the follow-up postings on the 'net to last
months digg for an Atomic OS story.

I'm not sure what language this is, and as a result, I'm having
trouble running it through Babelfish.

I'm working on communicating with communities that don't speak English
