Women in Open Source?

Just a few famous names that pop to mind:

Telsa Gwyne (GNOME contributor, married to Alan Cox)
Deb Richardson (founder of LinuxChix.org)
Jenn Vesperman (current coordinator of LinuxChix.org)

Also of up-and-coming interest:

Clare So (GNOME WSOP participant and local CS student)

I hope this helps. Sadly, there really aren't that many but there are a
number of efforts to improve the situation. GNOME, Fedora and others
have programs which are aiming to improve female participation in Open
Source.

Cheers,
Marcus
