Thanks Walter... I commented out any mention of the browser in
Raggle's config.rb, and simply entered:

'browser_cmd'           => ['/usr/bin/firefox', '%s'],

...and it works! Hitting [enter] on news entries opens a new tab in
Firefox, as desired. Thanks!
