report cards read-only on floppy

I'm constantly being reminded everything on /mnt/floppy is a read-only 
file system (suddenly of course). /etc/fstab doesn't agree:

/dev/fd0                /mnt/floppy             auto    
noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0
