That's a workable description - although we don't want to restrict
development to Firefox, it is the preferred browser for this tool.  A
fork of the prototype is functioning for both Opera and Internet
Explorer, however both have issues that need to be resolved.

Sorry - I would really have liked to have been able to get things
online earlier.  Mostly the approach is simply an attempt to make the
best of a logistical nightmare.

A preview url was provided to a few folks early - mostly other project
leaders to get some early feedback and project management tips - but
that URL isn't yet suitable for public distribution.

If possible, I'll post the URL to our site tonight or tomorrow morning.
