burn bootable CD from ISO

I downloaded the ISOs for FC4 CDs.
 
I used K3B to burn the CDs. However, they are not bootable (I guess). I 
booted the computer and the installation did not begin. Yes, the BIOS is 
set to boot first from the CD.

Any ideas?
