[OT] VoIP recommendations

Strangely, I just confirmed that the Rogers wireless internet access
is unmetered for business users, and I'm strongly thinking of jumping
ship so that I can also discard the phone service and get VoIP of some
kind.

So what all is out there?  The last time I checked, Skype didn't have
inbound numbers for Canada.  =/

What's particularly easy to use, requiring no computer?  Standalone
boxes are interesting enough that I'd like to learn about what's out
there.
