Configure KMail to use your MTA to send mail, then configure your MTA to
authenticate with Netrover. As a bonus, all mail sending programs will
then work, not just KMail with its built-in SMTP function.
This is quite easy to do Postfix and Exim. I don't know anything about
Sendmail.
