True, but that doesn't always get things like "<a  
href="localhost">Click here</a>"  If that is used in a sentence (e.g.  
"Click here to learn more") it's fine in lynx, but there are  
accessibility tools out there that will read off the list of links on  
the page.  The linked text should be something more descriptive of  
what the link is pointing to for 'true' accessibility.  If it were  
something like "<a href="localhost">More information about our  
product.</a>", it's more accessible.
