Serious OO/Debian problem...

Hi Madison,
	I run unstable and lost X when the x.org release reached 6.9 because the  ati 
mach64 drivers weren't recognizing my card any more.

It took me the better part of a day but I carefully downgraded back to XFree86, 
using aptitude.

I wouldn't expect anybody to follow this course of action.

Are you sure you're not suffering from flakey hardware?
