Looking for a *QUIET* computer

HD signals on cable is encrypted in a way that only
cable-company-supplied receivers can decode.  Even if the original
signal was not encrypted.  Walter's card cannot decrypt them.  Another
example of a monopoly trying to extend itself.  I really hate that.
