The article in my opinion is an accurate and fair explanation of the 
situation.

Actually, I seem to recall that there were a few people on this list who 
have been working with or in the Toronto District School Board. If any 
of you could contact me off-list, it would be a great help. We have an 
opportunity to use this issue to influence the TDSB in a positive way, 
and any "insider" help we could get would be useful.
