Look, the original poster asked if anyone had noticed any problems resulting
from the brownouts. I responded, saying that I did notice a problem while at
a clients site. For obvious reasons, I didn't name the client or say anything
about the nature of the work. The fact is, I don't manage that clients
network and it's not my place to comment on its reliability. Got it?
