The sad part about it is that these are the clowns who are making a mess 
of the job market. This is by no means unique to IT, its even worse in 
finance where one regularly see " 10 years of SOX experience required", 
which is interesting since the SOX  (Sarbanes-Oxley) legislation  became 
law  iin 2002

...:P
