Hmm, well it seems that the slave DNS server didn't pick up the last zone
transfer.  It has now.

Could you try:

        leadpipe:~$ host -t mx  newtlug.linux.ca
        newtlug.linux.ca mail is handled by 20 mx2.starnix.com.
        newtlug.linux.ca mail is handled by 10 mail.starnix.com.

And confirm that you get the same results?  Mail should go through after
that.  You can contact me privately, too.
