Home of losetup

Hi all,
 I am trying to set up a dummy hard drives as they allow LVM configuration
scenerios of more than 2 physical hard drives that I currently have. I can't
however seem to find losetup tool on Red Hat DVD and rpm -q losetup* says I
don't have it installed. Anyone has an idea which group I should look under
on redhat-config-package thing?
