C header files location

There's nothing to prepend, that's supposed to be an absolute path,
not a relative one like you're suggesting.  You can see that it works
on my system:

$ ls -dl /lib/modules/2.6.17-10-generic/build
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 40 2006-10-29 01:33
/lib/modules/2.6.17-10-generic/build ->
/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.17-10-generic
