I once encountered a VIVA bus terminal kiosk stuck at the menu that allows
you to enter safe mode after Windows failed to start. If it hadn't been so
cold outside, I would have looked for somewhere to plug in a
keyboard. Considering these things take credit cards and are located in
relatively remote locations, it's astonishing they haven't disabled this
mode.
