  https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/433/ the "Flashblock" add-on for
Firefox.  Blocks Flash by default, requiring you to click on a button
(*NOT* a popup) to play the Flash.  It also has a whitelist, so that you
can allow http://video.google.com etc.
