Here are a few others:

WestTLUG - Granted many of those folks have an
aversion to coming into Toronto, but do want to make
sure they know they are welcome here.

Pegasoft - Ken Burtch's software development group.

Unix Unanimous - I will mention the Linux in the Park
event at the meeting this evening.

Toronto Asterisk Users Group - Not always Linux users
(Asterisk does run on Mac and Windows, but Linux is
the preferred platform.).

Slashdot Meetup - They meet this evening, a conflict
with UU so I will not be going to that meeting. Anyone
else want to pass the word?
