That was my original idea; however, that led to parameters being 
skipped for whatever reason (using both atoi and strtol). While the 
code would probably work with the above fix (I have just reedited 
"backascii.c" and proven that it does), I kept it in that form 
because it worked, and I wasn't interested in working on it further 
(remember this wasn't the finished version).
