      A few months ago, I was given a copy of the Letters Patent and
      the by-laws in order to enter them and post them on the GTALUG wiki.

      Before I got around to it, I reorganized my office and the folder
      disappeared. I have just found it, and will try to get the info
      posted in the next week or two.
