I found this today while browsing the all-mighty sourceforge.
Seems reasonable, since it is reporting a lot of this data from the /proc.
Some other data is gotten elsewhere. 
I installs in a less than a minute, and wow, its mighty handy!
The cpu/memory/disk/network usage graphs are quite useful.
