Looking for some Drupal help

Hello all,

It's been an interesting experience over the last few months, starting a 
personal website from scratch. As with so much of the world of open 
source, there is a lot of information trying to be helpful and it often 
is... but there's still an awful lot that comes from trial and error.

I've now been able to figure out many of the ins and outs of working 
with the Drupal CMS, though there is still much to learn about the 
advanced capabilities of packages such as this. However, I think I've 
hit my first wall.

I am having problems making the image gallery work. I've successfully 
uploaded the photos (and the CMS has automatically created the 
thumbnails), and the galley "displays"  but there are only captions and 
no photos.

Any advice is appreciated.
