HTML??  Come on.  It's already obsolete and it's shortcomings are
universally known.

It's gotta be XML.  Docbook already includes a subset for manpages,
or we can invent another if we don't like that.  Solaris has shipped
its manpages in SGML for a long time.

Then again, this comes from the guy who lifted his a**e and left
when JW started dissing Emacs in his talk, so take with the appropriate
amount of NaCl.
