I'm assuming your planning to use Apache's Jakarta/Tomcat for the Java
Servlet container.  Plesk based hosting services can enable this an
extra option.  I've seen Tomcat my own Plesk options but haven't
ordered the extra license required.

I'm sure you can find someone if you google for Tomcat+hosting, if you
can't let me know.
