Nor on the left hand side of the => list operator. I guess I could have
added "except in places where the context is forced such as ..." but I
wanted to keep thing simple. If he really wants the details of what
strict does, they're in the man pages. I suspect the reason he's asking
questions here is because too much detail too soon isn't the best
approach for learning.
