Changing cursor in HTML <textarea> in Firefox?

I'm fed up, and I think it's time I should do something about it.  I
have B/W 21" monitor.  And, whenever I'm typing something, the text
cursor disappears into the background.  

So, in Firefox, 
    how do you change the colour of cursor, when you're typing in HTML
    <textarea> or <input> text form?

I found ways to change the shape of cursor, but I need to change the
colour of vertical line inside the text area.
